Superfats for Optimum Health
Everyone’s talking about Superfats at the moment, the healthy fats naturally found in plant foods. These superfoods are not only essential for optimum health, but also packed full of nutrition, vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants. Plus, they are really satiating and truly delicious.
Fat is very important for optimum brain function and hormones, the absorption of fat soluble vitamins, as well as for gorgeous skin. Our brain in made of 60% fat, and every single cell in our body is protected by a cell wall made mostly of fat. It really is an essential part of who we are, and we are what we eat!
