Superfood Smoothies




A really simple and easy way to boost the health of you and your family is to start the day with a round of superfood smoothies. Super quick and easy too, just chuck a load of fruit in the blender, add some water, and for an additional health boost add some superfood. Such a great way to start the day and ensure everyone gets plenty of nutrition! If you’re in a rush just pour it in a bottle to take it with you. Easy!


Smoothies are not only super healthy, but really delicious and fun to make and slurp too! They can be as simple or creative as you like. The simplest could be a smoothie of just bananas and water, or a more tropical mix of mango, pineapple and coconut. You could combine with the green earthy taste of Spirulina, fun chocolaty goodness of Raw Cacao Powder, or crunchy nuttiness of Chia Seeds… sounds like heaven in a glass! So many colours, flavours, and superfoods to have fun with! Most likely everyone will want to get involved with the creations and tastings!


Having a superfood smoothie for breakfast will really set you up for the day ahead in the best possible way, leaving you feeling light and healthy, and give you loads of energy and nutrition. Sending you out the door with the best foot forward, whatever the day may bring!


There are so many different superfoods you can try too, just pick something you like the sound of and give it a go. Superfood powders are one of the easiest ways to incorporate superfoods into your diet, as they can be thrown in the cupboard and ready to use whenever you need them. Just start with a little because they can be very powerful, and soon your body will really crave the nutritional punch.
