Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Time for something beautiful! Treat your tastebuds and your skin to a Tropical Dragon Fruit smoothie! Dragon fruit are one of the most unusual looking tropical fruits and also really good for you. They are very filling and the seeds contain an oil which leave your skin soft, smooth and moisturised. They are also rich in Vitamin C, fibre and help lower blood pressure and prevent memory loss! Who would have known?

So whip up this delicious smoothie and feel beautiful inside and out! :)

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1 dragon fruit
1/2 cup of Sunwarrior Protein Powder (vanilla or natural)
1 teaspoon of Baobab
1 cup of coconut water
A sprig of fresh mint

Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender, decorate with fresh mint leaves and drink straight away.
