Raw Vegan Nutella

No sugar, no dairy, no nasty additives and good for you...are you serious?? Oh yes. This recipe is so easy and so delicious, you can make it in minutes and everyone is going to love you!!


1/2 cup raw hazelnuts
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
4 tbsp maple syrup
small pinch of salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup of almond milk


In a high speed blender or food processor, one that is strong enough to chop nuts, blend the nuts until they form a nut paste. Then add the coconut oil and continue blending until it becomes smooth. Finally add all the remaining ingredients and blend again until it’s creamy and spreadable.

And that’s it! Raw vegan healthy Nutella in minutes. Serve as you normally would on bread or gluten free toast. Or dip strawberries in it for an even more healthy treat. Enjoy!
